THE FASCINATING world of haptics, or virtual touch, is something that Virtalis has successfully integrated into its advanced visualisation systems over the last decade. Virtalis' big stand at this year's PTC User in Long Beach, California proved to be a big draw at the show. We were showing impressive new 3D images of a John Deere 844 4WD Loader. The data for these images looked so sharp and lifelike thanks to PTC's Mock Up software. Several vistors to the busy booth remarked that the Virtalis display made it both the best stand at PTC User and also the most interesting.
A prize draw for a digital photo frame was held and this was won by Mr Paul Huninghake, CAD Engineering Specialist at NAACO Materials Handling Group. After such a successful time at PTC User the Virtalis salesteam vows to be back next year with an even better display. |
